Make a Donation

If you are organising or participating in an event in aid of Williams Syndrome, please contact the Registered Office to obtain sponsorship forms and to advise them of the details.  Alternatively, you can use the Just Giving website to advertise your event and collect your sponsorship money.  Donations can also be made through PayPal.

Remember, if either you or your partner (regardless of who donates or pays money to the Foundation) is a UK tax payer, please complete and return to us a Gift Aid Declaration form, which can be obtained either from the head office or is available in the members area.  This  costs you NOTHING, but means we can reclaim the tax you have already paid to the Inland Revenue (eg £2.80 on a £10 payment).

Also don't forget to check with your employers to see if they have a matching gift scheme within your company.

Finally, putting a collection box on a reception desk, local pub bar, shop counter or by the kettle at a coffee morning is a simple way of collection spare change to raise money for the Foundation.  If you'd like a collecting box, just phone us at the Registered Office (01732 365152 or email us.

Millennium Bike Ride
Those of you with older children may recall the WSF 1000-mile bike ride that took place in June 2000, when Mike Adlam and his team cycled from San Sebastian in Spain to Edge Village in fourteen days and raised over £35,000 for the Foundation.  Mike is planning to do it all again for the Foundation's 10th anniversary in 2010 and would like to invite you to join him.  June 2010 may seem a long way away, but an event like this takes a huge amount of organising and he needs approximately a year or so to make all the arrangements.  Mike is hoping that many of the original team will take part again, but would also like some newcomers as well.  You don't have to be young, fit, or even a keen cyclist as there is plenty of time to prepare.  You will be on the road for 14 days and the route is planned with a maximum of 80-miles cycling in any one day; last time the shortest day was 30-miles and the furthest was 115-miles - not a very popular day for some reason!
To join in the fun you  have to cover your own costs and raise lots of sponsorship for the Foundation.  So if you would like a holiday of a lifetime and 14-days of pain, email Mike for further details.  If you took part in the first 1000-mile bike ride and Mike hasn't caught up with you yet, stop hiding and contact him NOW!
