If you are organising or participating in an event in aid of Williams Syndrome, please contact the Registered Office to obtain sponsorship forms and to advise them of the details. Alternatively, you can use the Just Giving website to advertise your event and collect your sponsorship money. Donations can also be made through PayPal.
Remember, if either you or your partner (regardless of who donates or pays money to the Foundation) is a UK tax payer, please complete and return to us a Gift Aid Declaration form, which can be obtained either from the head office or is available in the members area. This costs you NOTHING, but means we can reclaim the tax you have already paid to the Inland Revenue (eg £2.80 on a £10 payment).
Also don't forget to check with your employers to see if they have a matching gift scheme within your company.
Finally, putting a collection box on a reception desk, local pub bar, shop counter or by the kettle at a coffee morning is a simple way of collection spare change to raise money for the Foundation. If you'd like a collecting box, just phone us at the Registered Office (01732 365152 or email us.

Team Williams Syndrome
Would you like to take part in the 27th Stroud Half Marathon, which is on Sunday 26th October 2008.
If you don't think that you can run a half marathon (but of course you can if you really want to) then why not walk it? The Williams Foundation have a special arrangement with the Stroud Athletics Club allowing us to enter a team of walkers, the walking team starts one hour ahead of the runners at 9.00am.
As a member of Team Williams Syndrome you will get full backup from our team of helpers, we will look after your kit bag while you run and we also provide light refreshments at the end. So please come and join the team and help make this a very special day for The Williams Syndrome Foundation.
If you would like to join the team please email me Here and I will send you an entry form or alternatively complete the attached form. Sponsorship forms are also attached as are training schedules for beginners, intermediates and advanced runners.
Thank you.
